Merchandise returned is the responsibility of the sender until it is signed for by Craniac Xtreme. Please allow 3-4 weeks for returns processing through our facility. If you have any questions please contact Customer Service for further assistance.

It is the responsibility of our customers to make sure that they are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the USA. If the Customs in your country returns your order to us, either because you did not have the permission to import such supplements or because such supplements are banned in your country, we will refund back to your credit card minus the shipping charge.
